FH and I invited one of his friends to the e-party ... the friend didn't show up and gave a BS excuse the following day (via FB). We replied saying that we wish he would've let us know sooner so we didn't have to pay for his plate (maybe) and he just never responded. FH and i decided not to invite him to the wedding.
so how about you guys - have your guest lists changed at all?

Oh yeah- we've taken off a few people that have been totally M.I.A. during our planning process. We only want our genuine supportive friends and family there on the day of.

Yeah! One of my closest male friends decided to get back together with his terrible ex-girlfriend who is convinced that i am inlove with him (um, hello, I married someone else...thought that would be a big enough hint that she's wrong ). He just changed too much since going out with her again, so off the guest list he went!

4. 1 is a girl from my high school and her hubby. we reconnected via FB and started hanging out for like 2 years. we spoke at length about my bach party and how she was so psyched for it. day that she was supposed to pay, she dropped off the face of the earth. i was out $300 so i found another girl to replace her. she still hasnt called me. i unfriended her on FB. yesterday was my bday and she tried friending me again. my mom said she wrote as her status 'happy birthday caitlin'. weirdo. CALL ME IF You wanna be my friend! but i wont pick up bltch!
another couple went totally psycho on my brother and his wife so they are booted. if i ever see them im spitting in their face.

Yep.
A gay couple that were friends of ours through other friends, one day felt it was hilarious to belittle me at a birthday party they were having. I was totally offended and FH was very upset, so I removed them FB and scratched them off the wedding list.

My list changes on a daily basis depending on what kind of mood I'm in - I've already cut from 210 people to 180 people.

Yep....my BF of 22+ yrs and her mom. I just didn't think her mom would come anyway. I have no ill will toward her mom ... love her. But SHE can go scratch.

one was one of my bms who i had a falling out with and clearly is no longer part of my wedding or life
the other is the gf of one of our gms who talked a bunch of shiiiiiiiiit about me and all of our friends and who no one can stand the sight of

yes, unfortunately a friend of mine for years. something happened in dec, and FH and i decided he shouldn't be invited to the wedding.
