Have you seen this dress?

OK, I need some help finding a dress! I tried on this dress at Paradise Bridal and they cut the tags out. Has anyone seen it and can tell me the designer? Sorry for the poor quality, I only had my cell phone on me at the time to take a pic. The bottom is flowy, I think organza and the back is all buttons with some crystals after every 5th button or so. The middle part has a V with a cutaway. The second picture is what the embroidery on the bottom of the dress and train looks like. Any help would be much appreciated!
