have you shown ppl your dress?

ive started to look at dresses and i would like to have one bought by this year...

I was thinking though....should I show ppl my dress? I will be attending 6 weddings nxt year...and mine is the last one!!!

what if i buy a dress and someone else already has it????
should i show those brides just in case? (3 friends, 3 cousins)

i have shown some family and close friends...but not showing everyone bc i want some ppl to be surprised.

just my mom, sis, aunt and FMIL saw it in person. My dad saw a pic.

the other day i was BM dress shopping and the lady asked if i had pix of my dress... so i whippped out my iphone..... i showed her the dress


she then TOOK MY PHONE and started FLIPPING thru the pix!!!!!!!! im like ermm...

when she got pix of me with my shirt up she gave it back to me.. wench (no boobies, i just take pix after every intense work out to see results like a herb)

I've only shown you liw'ers and my bridesmaids. Oh yeah, and my mom. No one else will be seeing my dress.

OH yes, and to 2 co-workers and one of my guy friends.

I don't have my dress yet, but when I do get it, I think the only people I would actually show it to before they see it on the wedding day are my BP, mom, grandparents, and FMIL. I definitely don't want my dad to see me in it or a picture of me in it before the day because I want that look on his face when he sees me in it for the first time. I know i'm a sap

my mom, sister, aunts and cousin have seen me in it. I have showed pics to my coworkers and Fh's cousin. But i agree that the day of you will look totally different in it!

I have obviously shown you guys... And some family members and friends. Mom is freaking out that i showed people. But I agree, it is going to look totally different on the BIG DAY

No one else I know is getting married, so I'm not worried about them stealing my dress.

I've shown just friends and family.

I have, but I only have one wedding before mine and she already bought something that I have no desire to see. I'd kill someone if they 'stole' my dress!

i have shown the pic of the dress on the model everyone who asked (except FH, he knows better than to ask tho!).

I have only shown the pics of ME IN THE DRESS to mom (who was with me when i tired it on), FMIL, FFIL, Sister and 2 BM's. I think a dress can look so diff on us vs the model, so I want people to see me in the dress for the first time on our wedding day

I'm very particular about showing people my dress. Only, my mother, some of my bp, and FSIL have seen my dress. I can definitely understand why you would be worried about another bride you know getting your dress; I was like that also when I found out one of FH's friend's got engaged. But she's getting married after us so it doesn't matter to me.
