ive started to look at dresses and i would like to have one bought by this year...
I was thinking though....should I show ppl my dress? I will be attending 6 weddings nxt year...and mine is the last one!!!
what if i buy a dress and someone else already has it???? should i show those brides just in case? (3 friends, 3 cousins)

I have shown all my bm's and some other ppl the dress...I feel like if u r excited about it, its only natural that u would want to do that. You guys should just get together and talk about plans for the wedding...it should be a fun thing to do

Ive shown a few people...obviously all of you girls, my MOH, mom, FMIL, grandma, a few of my BMs, and family members.
I don't want to show too many people though- I'd like for it to be a surprise!

I've shown it to my co-workers, my female friends and family, some guy friends when they asked. but that was months ago, now I stopped showing and nobody will remember what my dress looks like, so I am not worried, still will be total surprise to see me all done up

ive shown alot of people. some of my BM's, the moms, my aunts and grandma, my dad...people at work.
even if you show them..chances are they arent gonna remember what it looks like plus it looks different on teh model than it does on you

My best friend (BM) and cousin have seen me in it, as have all of the LIW chickies
My dad knows which one I ordered out of those three I liked.
My mom and sisteter (MOH) will be in NYC in a few weeks and I'm going to bring them to David's to try on the sample for them.
Oh, and I showed my gay work husband, of course.

only my mom, dad & sister have seen me in the dress dress. my, FMIL, the bridesmaids & my SIL, saw a picture of it. my nieces also saw a picture of me in it. (but they r 2 & 5 years old)
once my dress comes in i am going to take FMIL & my SIL to see it in person.

I have shown it to my Mom, MOH/SIL, JrBM/neice, my dad, FMIL,my Best Friend, and a couple of close co-workers.

When I get it, I'd probably show it to a few key people and then try my hardest to keep it to myself. I want some people to be surprised you know? One thing, one of my MOHs says i should NOT show my FMIL. I am ok with this, as I love any excuse to be a byyytch.
