I don't know what to do I haven't heard from my MOH since we went on vacation in July/Aug. I left 2 messages with her to call me that I think I picked out BM dresses and no call back. Should I ask her to step down ? HELP!!!!!

try and give her the benefit of the doubt and call her again. also, maybe you can drive to her home to see whats going on. i wouldn't ask her to step down yet, maybe she is busy with work...it could be anything. good luck.

MOH is really bugging me too - We made a date to go shopoing for my WEDDING DRESS - and last minute she cancelled.... I just dont get it -

I learned the hard way that your BMs will not be excited like you are about your wedding. My sister is my MOH and there's no issues there, but I guess to me, it seems like an honor to be someone's BM, but my girls just seem blah. Well, with the exception of my best friend, she's good to me i think people just don't get it sometimes. They need to see the significance of being asked to stand up for their friends. I would give your MOH some more time, but definitely ask her what's up.

I would call her again and if she's not around, leave a message saying, 'please give me call, at any time, I really need to talk to you, it's very important'. When she calls you back I would just be honest with her and say that you found dresses and that you really would like to get this part of your wedding planning out of the way so you don't have to worry about it. Hopefully, she will understand how important it is for you to get this done. If you don't hear from her after another week or two, then I would seriously consider finding another MOH...
