having a breakdown..

Everything has been going wrong lately in my wedding planning. 1st. The color i wanted my BM dress in got discontinued b4 we ordered 2. half my favor boxes were smashed or ripped iin the maill n now i have to call them tom and fight for them to send boxes. 3. I ordered BM tank tops that are way small and dnt fit noone and since there personalized they wnt take them back (wasted $160) and nowww 4.. I purchased these sets from macys and the necklaces wit like chokers! ahhhh it says 16 inches but when I measured them they are at most 14.5! I dont know what to do... FH said lets buy chains but i feel like its a waste of money.. y should I buy new chains when I bought them already n they werent cheap..OR they said I can exchange for different ones but wont carry the discount over to the new sets bc the macys card isnt considered new anymore and u only get 20% in the first 48 hours!

You can def get new boxes. A lot of companies will replace for mail damages...but be willing to fight, and possibly drag their name through the mud with all of these brides you talk to regularly

i would check macys coupons online...if you google them there are ALWAYS 20% off floating around.

Also, is there anyone way you can just get an extender put on the one you have. IDK how much you paid for them if its worth it but you can always price to see if it is.

Definitely take a deep breath...and maybe take a day away from wedding stuff to pamper yourself!

I should think the boxes can be replaced, its not your doing that they were damaged.

As far as Macy's I would print out a description of the jewelry set from online and bring it into the store along with the jewelry. You should still be able to apply that discount to a replacement set since their description of the item was false. Definitely ask to see a manager so that you can get some answers and express that these were bought for your bridal party and that you want to give Macy's your business but if they cannot honor the discount you will take your business else where and let other brides know about their poor service.

Thankss girls! I called the macys I went to and spoke to the manager who said that if I come in she will see what she can do for mee sooo Im going there on Thursday and we will see what happensss

THIS! Also, once you sign up for a Macy's card you get tons of coupons in the mail. Sometimes there are better ones than 20%, like 20 off of $50, etc. BUT, I think if you talk to a manager they will be happy to honor whatever discount on your next purchase, regardless.
