Having a hard time...

...picking out gifts for my bridal party. I have *8* bridesmaids, and can't afford to spend too much on each of them. I can't do anything that involves being in NY (ie manicure/massage, etc) because many of them live out of town. I need some good ideas! Help!!!!

This is what I am giving them - I have 8 also. IT is a Lenox Wedding Pleasures silver plate Jewelry box. I got them at Fortunoff for $29 each - I think they might have been on sale from $43.

How about making them photo albums. I just made a friend an album for her birthday and trust me I am not that crafty. You can buy photo albums (I got it in Duane Reade for $4.99) and then you can buy fabric and lace and glue it on with a glue gun. I work near the garment district so that is where I got the fabric, but I am sure you can it at any craft store. Not only it is something useful, but is shows a lot of thought and it may end up costing you about $10-15/per album. Just an idea..

Lauren, that sounds very creative (not sure if I could pull it off!) did you put pictures in it or leave it empty?

How about a mini spa kit...you can buy some soaps, lotions, etc and put them in a nice basket for a lot cheaper than if you went to bath and body works for example and bought it
