Having a MAJOR ISSUE with 2 BM's.....update

The only 2 to not get measured for their dresses, my FSIL's....the cutoff date is Friday, The order needs to go in because it's 6-8 months to get the dresses in, one is away for the next 5 days and hasn't had the courtesy to go, the other just hasn't gone, if they're not measured they're out of the wedding, however, I'm not sure how to approach the subject because FMIL will interfere and flip on me, and I don't want even more drama to ensue.....any words of wisdom?!?!?!!?

apparently his sisters are going to get measured in the morning, i feel like telling them to put the order in before they get there, I swear, fh actually told me to call the bridal store to tell them his sisters are coming in, when did I become the secretary for THEM?!?!?!?!?!?! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!! I am so incredibly pissed right now

This is tough.... but not for nothing, you were nice enough to ask both of them to be in your bridal party so your FMIL should realize that and not interfere if you say something to them. They are not your sisters, they are his, so she needs to mind her business. Ehhhhhh these FMIL's need to see where they have to go.

Anyway, as far as what you should do, maybe tell FH to say something? Or text them or send them an email as a reminder so it is not as confrontational?

Waitttt I have a good one..... have the bridal store call them, I know they will do that sometimes. Have them call and tell them they are the only 2 in the bridal party who have not been measured so they must come in. Good luck!!

I would try the bridal store thing or maybe drop them an email saying that the place called you to place the order but realized that 2 girls havent been measured yet and they need them to come in ASAP otherwise the dresses won't be in on time.

I think THE ONLY thing to do...is to bring it up to FH. Make him understand the significance of why they need to do this. He has to handle it. Good luck!

Thanks ladies, the bridal store is a good idea, one of them actually went on vacation this week and when I told FH about it, he's like well, can't you wait an extra few days....I really wanna do the bridezilla thing and be like, well, the day is here, order has to go in, and you two, the only ones who had something to say about the dresses and who never bothered to get measured, or go to one gathering I had for the bridal party, are out, not that they ever really cared to begin with....UGH.....this whole FIL thing is giving me pains in my stomach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
