having a problem with **************............

I am a July 06 bride. We were married at the Crescent Beach Club and we had an amazing wedding. The proofs from ************** were incredible and we sat down to do our album with them in October. I called last week to check on our enlargements and to check the progress of our album. My husband and I were disappointed to find out that they have lost two of the proofs we had selected for the album. They never informed us of this matter. As the recommended we search our pile of proofs, but to no avail.

I am SO incredibly disappointed with this matter!


What should I do now???????????????

Don't they have your negatives somewhere?

Maybe they can let you go through all your negatives.

I think that may be our only hope.

But how will they be able to pick out the two pictures of the pile?

You should look at your remaining proofs for pictures that are missing and note the numbers of the proofs. Odds are they are from a series of pictures that are of the same style or pose. OR since THEY lost them, they should be able to print another set of proofs for you from the negatives at their expense and you can pick from those.

I agree. They lost them so they should be the ones to print out another set. I'm sorry but that is ridicoulous and the fact that they didn't even tell you that they lost them would bother me even more!
