Having a really bad day

I wish it could start over or that I stayed in bed.
My grandmother is currently at the neurologist with my mom. She went to the hospital yesterday b/c she's had bad headaches and been really tired. Well, they're 90-percent sure she has the beginning stages of Alzheimer's. THey started her on the drug that helps delay the severity immediately. I'm very close with my grandmother. She's gone through a lot in the past 10 years with heart problems, and most recently a staff infection that almost killed her...and now this. I just can't imagine a day when she doesn't recognize me or my grandfather (they're married 60 years). THen there's him...he has cancer. He's on a break from chemo and his numbers are low right now, but he doesn't think that he wants to go back on chemo b/c it makes him so sick. I know it's totally his decision, but I'm scared.
Then to top it all off, I'm fighting with MOH big time today. I won't go into the reasons here.
But I'm shot. My stomach is in knots.

Aww I'm so sorry this is all landing on you at once!! I hope that whatever's going on with your MOH resolves itself quickly and painlessly so you can focus on your family, the most important thing. I know how it feels to be super close to a grandmother - mine's had some major ups and downs this year healthwise and even though things are seemingly ok for the moment, it's always in the back of my mind. I can't imagine how scared you must be feeling, faced with the health challenges threatening both of your grandparents. Just try to be there for them as much as possible, spend time with them whenever you can. it will make all of you feel a little better. Staying upbeat and excited about the wedding and sharing details with them will give them something to think about and distract them from the bad things a little bit.

Thanks everyone...and oh I did cry. As soon as my boss walked in. Luckily, she's more like a friend.
Trying to keep excited about the wedding, but suddenly it feels like everything is falling apart around me.
