i know the thread has been done before....how long will you wait.....but my question is....who else is being pressured? like hello we're not even married yet! and FIL'S are off the hook with the questions and the pressure!!! my fam is ok cuz im younger.......share your experiences ladies!

no pressure because we are the youngest in our families - so our siblings had the first grandchildren!
people always ask - which i dont mind if it is family or friends. . . but its annoying when strangers ask
what bugs me a little is that FBIL has three girls - and everyone makes comments that they will never have little grandsons. . .
give me a chance here people!! maybe FH's Y chromosomes are better swimmers than FBILs!!

yeah seriously - the little italian princes. . . LOL
its so bad! a friend of the famiyl was having some marital problems and she got pregnant. . . .my mom and my aunt had a serious conversation about how they hoped she was having a boy to 'save the marriage!!!!'

FH's sister is having twins, so we have our hands full
I NEVER wanted kids. I got engaged in April and booked the hall 6/27/06. Twenty days later I found out I was pregnant. Then I got excited but then I miscarried at two months. So the wedding is back on! But...once the ring is on my finger...i'm going to try to get pregnant as soon as possible!

We hear constantly...'cant wait for more grandchildren...' but at the same time they all know that we will when we are ready...my own personal shock was FH saying he wants a HM baby! Not that he wanted children but the fact that thats what he wanted shocked the crap out f me! But i love him all the more for it!

We decided that we want to wait a few years to get settled into a house first. We've had some pressure - but nothing horrible. My brother just tells me that I need to even out the playing field (My sister has 2 boys and a girl)...and my older sister just tells me that Sophie (her daughter - 1 years old) needs a playmate! LOL

I totally agree, I have a 3 1/2 year old son and would not change a thing. We are trying on the honeymoon since I'm pushing 40!!!
