Having problem with Primo Limousine....

Hi- Has anyone used them recently? I am having a hard time getting a response from them about changes I want to add to our contract (requesting more cars). I called and was told to email. I did, I followed up a few days later and still no response. It's been about a week. My other vendors email or call back some day. Just noticed that on my contract they wrote 2006 instead of 2007....
