Having Second Thoughts About My Hair *UPDATED W/ ANOTHER PIC*

Soooo I had a trial done the other day, and I like it a lot but I'm not sure if I LOVED it....now i'm starting to sway and think maybe I should do it all up? I keep seeing pretty updos even though I was convinced I wanted it half up half down. Maybe it was just the horrible makeup job that they did that is making me question my hair trial, but what do you think of this updo? My hair trial with half up and half down is in album. Which is better?

**I added another pic which is me with my hair all up for my cousin's wedding this past summer*. Do I look bad with it all up? Ugh I can't decidd

OK pic is too big, i will put it in my hair trial album as the last pic.

Ok if you want my honest opinion. I think having the one in the picture here would be better for your face type. The half up half down is nice, dont get me wrong. But I think the other look would do u more justice on your special day.

its really a toss-up between the 2 for me... the only thing i dont like about hair half up is the way some of them do the curls... i dont like when they look so tightly curled... its a bit of a pet peeve of mine... and doesnt look natural... if they could make the curls softer, i would go with that...

I agree with the above posters. I like the half up half down but with softer curls or the up do. HTH.

i do like the pic..but what i would be afraid of is the comb over look..how its parted to the side n really tight would give me worries..i agree with the girls above..looser curls n half up

I like it better all up.

I think a soft not-so-tight updo would look best! Good Luck!

I like your hair all up better than the half up half down trial in you album. I also think all up is better for August...I do not know how your hair holds up in the humidity but mine would be a mess! I really like the hair style you posted. Are you planning to wear a veil?

The all up hair trial pic looks best! I'm not loving the updo you posted on this thread.
I think you have great bone structure and features on your face and you should show it off girl! Especially the soft one in the pic shows off your beautiful face and isn't 'trying too hard'.

I know this may rock a lot of boats on here (and I'm apologizing in advance if anyone gets offended) but I think a lot of half up half down hairdo's can look juvenile and Sweet 16-ish. The tight curls, just like Mazz said, just don't work. IMO the only time half up/half down do's look good is when the hair is straight or big waves (like Lindsey Lohan-ish).

I think all up is more flattering on you...I agree with the other girls that the curls were a little too tight in your trial, and overwhelmed your face a bit, whereas the all up showed it off more.

I think you will look beautiful either way but with your face shape I like up better.

Thanks girls! Now i'm on the hunt for high updos that are softer (but I want the hair in the back to show and be somewhat neat). Anyone have any pics that could help me out? Thanks a bunch!

Oh yea, I am planning on wearing a veil. A pic of it is in my hair trial album. Could I clip it underneath?

you are so pretty and have a great face for an updo, i think its just more flattering on you. i would LOVE to wear my hair all up since it's so much less to worry about, but i just don't have the structure like you to put it off!!

i love stacy pitt's low updo's, check them out!!

I think it would look better all up. Half up? half down looks pretty but I agree with the above poster that with your face shape.. the all up looks nicer.
