Having trouble choosing BM dress colors!

Is anybody else having this problem? I've only looked online so far(am going to real next week) and I know the colors look different in person but I'm having such a hard time figuring out what color to go with!!! How did you choose???

I had just the opposite problem...I knew exactly what I wanted...my problem was finding the right style at the right price for my BP... I made out great!

What's your theme?

I have no idea either. I finally got myself set on a color and then I hated the dress. Then I found another dress but the colors were hideous...UGH

Yep...this is exactly what I'm afraid of!! Right now I'm thinking of going with a light green or an antique pink. I hope I'll have a better idea when I go look in person next week.

did you have a vision of the colors you would want for your wedding...

i originally thought i would want a light green- then my MOH and i am her MOH is getting married one month before me,and she wanted light green... yes i know we both could have had it but i thought i would let her have what she wanted 1st...i decided on a green and pink theme...so the girls are wearing a light pink

i think i found the dress but can't choose the colors. i'm going crazy over it!

and of course that then helps me determine the flowers which i'm also trying to do. ahhh

Be careful about the pink. I found a Bill Levkoff dress and all the girls emailed me that they loved the way it looked in pink.

When I saw it in person it looked like cotton candy.

I went with lilac and violet.

i have no clue yet, i want something 'beachy' and different, i was thinking either a coral color or maybe a teal/turquise/light blue color, i am clueless

I found the dress first, and since it comes in a lot of different colors, I'm going to be flexible. I'm doing bright colors for the flowers like fushia, spring green, purples and pinks. So whichever pink or purple shade that we like the best for the dress material will be what we go with.

funny you said that. i thought i was going to get a pink bill levkoff...until i saw it! very sweet 16 looking.

so now i'm doing either champagne with taupe sash, or lilac with violet sash.

which dress did you choose? i like 966

I wanted romance and just thought pink is the most romantic color and it worked! My wedding was extremely romantic and looked that way too!

I was originally think black for the girls - then flowers would be easy. But my FH REALLY did not want black - so I went with my favorite color - red. Even though it is not a real 'spring' color I love it! Also, when you see dresses in colors you will see what colors you hate and which ones you love!

I had no idea what I wanted in terms of color until I saw the actual colors in person. I am having a winter wedding so we leaned towards dark. I nixed red/burgundy because my wedding is 4 days after Valentine's Day and I am anti-theme weddings. We pulled a dress off the racks to see what the dresses would look like in the dark colors and decided on navy. It is best to see the fabric and dress because sometimes they do not always mesh well and they certainly do not look as nice on the computer.
