having trouble with a vendor

I gave a vendor ideas to create monograms for me, and I haven't heard anything back yet. it's been a few hours already...do you think I should fire her?

Yup! Go with Christine. I dont have pics on this comp but check the community album under her name. She was very responsive and creative.
