I gave a vendor ideas to create monograms for me, and I haven't heard anything back yet. it's been a few hours already...do you think I should fire her?

Jess, I am the first person to dismiss a vendor without giving it a second thought, and moving on to someone else. However, in this case, because it is a custom job, creative genius needs space and time to work. I think I would be patient.
