Hawaii

I have been dreaming about going to Hawaii on my HM for as long as I can remember. I have not looked into hm yet, since my wedding is in 2008. How far in advance should I look into the hm?

Also, I hate to fly, so for those of you who went to different islands: How was the plane ride? Small plane?

We're spending a night on each end of our trip in Oahu (we have a non stop flight) and then going to Maui and Kauai. We're doing Maui first and then we're going to relax on Kauai for a week. I can't wait!

We're staying at the Westin in Maui and at a timeshare in Kauai.

We just came back from Kauai (7) and Maui (5). We absolutely loved the Hyatt in Kauai. We went to see the Princeville during our stay and there was no comparison. The Hyatt blew us away. They even called us by our names whenever we walked through the lobby.

As for Maui we stayed at the Fairmont. We loved Kauai more than Maui though. The Fairmont was beautiful-all suites. Has less of an hawaian feel more of a greek island feel. The four seasons is gorgeous there, but in midst of contruction. We were going to stay at Grand Wailea, but when we took a visit we were glad we chose the Fairmont. WAY too many kids.


Go to the spa at the hyatt!!!
