Anyone know of good deals going on in Hawaii right now - I am planning my honeymoon this Oct. I heard sometimes Starwood does different promotions... Also, has anyone been on the Norweigan Hawaii cruise? Reviews?

I am going on the Norwegian cruise around Hawaii. I figured this would be out best bet. we are spending under 5k with roundtrip airfare, and the cruise (balcony room)

Friends of mine are going on the Norwegian cruise next month.
Tourism is really down in Hawaii right now. You can get amazing deals. Starwood (Sheraton) and the Hyatts do lots of promotions all the time, like free breakfast, book 5 nights get the 6th free, etc.
Also, don't discount some of the Hawaiin chains (Outrigger is one). They've got some great properties.

Me & FH went on 7 day Pride of America 3 years ago in October. It was fantastic, but flying to Honolulu from NY (with a stop in LA) is a long, long trip. If you can afford to do so, I would plan a few extra days on what you think your favorite island will be...I recommend Maui or Kauai. You will love Hawaii! Have fun!!
