hawaii earthquake

Can't believe this happened--two of my co-workeres are there on their honeymoon and we leave on monday 10/23 for hawaii!

Hi all! We are currently in hawaii on our honeymoon! Yes it's been quite an experience we'll never forget. But just to let you all know... everything is fine now. We flew from maui today to Oahu and all the power is up and running.

Just thought i'd let you ladies know. Those that are coming soon... you have nothing to worry about.

Hi Girls, I don't normally post on here, but I wanted to see if anyone here new anything about this and I'm glad I came over. Glad to hear everyone is doing well. I'm leaving for Maui on the 24th and I hope things only get better and not worse. We are going to Maui & Kauai.

Unreal. My MOH just got back from there on Tuesday. Her hubby surprised her with an anniversary trip. They both would have been in for quite a surprise, had the quake hit sooner!

Honestly girls... you have NOTHING to worry about. Everything is already back to normal. I wouldn't worry or change your plans. The last earthquake was 20 years ago so they don't happen frequently. YOu have nothing to worry about girls and trust me... you're going to LOVE it here!!!

Kauai first to relax........staying at some condo place, 'no frills'.
Then Maui is the splurge, staying in the Hyatt. We wanted to be really active with hiking, etc, but FH just sprained his ankle!
