Well there are other great things to do in Hawaii
In Kauai, helipcopter rides are the main attraction because they are the best way to see the island. My DH is afraid of flying, that's why I didn't go on one.

We were thinking of doing a helicopter tour in Maui on our honeymoon, but started to change our minds when we figured how much $$$ it would be. Now that we heard this news our decision become 100 times easier...we will not be going on a helicopter tour. IMO the risks don't outweigh the benefits of doing one.
