Do we have to book any activities for Oahu or Maui? If so, which ones do you recommend?

Re: Hawaii Honeymoon
On Maui, we went to the Feast at Lele which we booked ahead of time. We had a great time!

Re: Hawaii Honeymoon
the feast is very intimate. You should tell them when you make your reservations that you're HM'ers & they set you up in front ... I'll find our pics from the feast ... It was so beautiful!!!
The Feast at Lele is a sit-down, high quality dinner. Much smaller then the usual buffet luaus. We booked in advance, told them we were honeymooners, and sat front and center at a table for two. Very romantic sunset and show.
jwalters27 - the food is considered authentic, which made it a great experience, although not necessarily my taste. We definately had enough, and got to try some interesting dishes I never would have been brave enough to order otherwise.

Re: Hawaii Honeymoon
You can book it when you get there, but I highly recommend a helecopter tour. There are alot of nice restaurants in Maui too.
