@Intelsana- maybe it has to do with time of year? We are going over New Years so everything I was finding was super expensive. We used a travel agent (not Melissa) for our recent Mexico trip. I was able to find it cheaper online than what they quoted me, so I told them and they ended up matching and beating the price! Maybe Melissa would do the same..

As an agent myself, I highly recommend you work with someone for your honeymoon. Online bookings generally leave you hanging if something goes wrong, and we have relationships with hotels and suppliers worldwide to make sure you get VIP status and all the bells and whistles you deserve. I always work to make sure I give my clients the best value, and check online rates as well as our channels when offering pricing :)
I have gone to several travel agents (Including melissa) all of whom prices were way higher than what I found on my own. But I do believe booking with an agent is safer so you have insurance and transfers. Anyone I showed the package I found then (unhappily) agreed to match it. So do your research then go to an agent. Best of both worlds
