Re: Hawaii Honeymooners
I thought about staying there but I wound up not going to the Big Island but I heard absolutely amazing things about the 4 Seasons there. A good friend on mine use to work for the 4 Seasons and she stayed there and the one in Maui and she said it is so much better than the one in Maui. And I hear great things about the one in Maui. I had also looked into the Kona Village Resort or something like that. DH had co-workers who stayed there and recommended it.

Re: Hawaii Honeymooners
I'm staying at Hapuna Beach. It's supposed to be an amazing beach. Average Joe Hawaii was shot there (although in the $5000/night private suite - not my room ). The other places are supposed to be great, but I got a much better price from Hapuna Beach.

Re: Hawaii Honeymooners
Well I hear it's about 80 now. I'd definitely packed lots of shorts and tees for excursions. Also, some nice sundresses for evenings.

Re: Hawaii Honeymooners
We are staying at the Four Seasons on the Big Island--it is supposed to be Amazing...which other Islands are you going to. If possible- I would do that one last...that is what everyone told me, bc they said I will be disapointed if I go there first, that is how amazing it is (the hotel itself- they all said they never wanted to leave the premises)!!!
Hope this helps!

Re: Hawaii Honeymooners
We're doing Maui and the Big Island. This is before a travel agent told me last night I should go to Kauai. Too many islands, not enough time, too many hotel choices.
In Maui, we wanted to stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani.

Re: Hawaii Honeymooners
I am also staying at the Fairmount Kea Lani in Maui- we are going to Maui, Kauai and the Big Island- currently for 12 days - but trying to extend it two more- but no seats opening up on the way back- I am calling AMerican everyday and stalking them LOL
Good luck with your planning!!!
