Hawaii honeymooners End of June begining of July.... Itineraries.

I know that A lot of us are going to Hawaii around the same time. I thought it would be fun to see if any of us would really be on the same flights and same Islands at the same time.


We are going :

San Fan. 2 nights. AA. Flight is at 7 AM on Monday June 28th. Staying at the Hyatt

Oahu. 3 nights. AA flight is at 830 am Weds June 30 Hyatt.

Kaui 3 nights. Aloha Air Sat. July 3. Hyatt

Maui 3 nights Aloha July 6. Hyatt

Vegas 2 nights. July 10. Staying at the Rio.

How funny - our flight BACK from Oahu lands at JFK at 7AM on Monday, June 28th!

This is our itinerary:

Depart JFK 6/13 at 3PM on Delta to Oahu

Leave Oahu on 6/14 for Maui

Staying at the Sheraton on Maui from 6/14-6/21

Staying at the Hyatt on Kauai from 6/21-6/27.

Fly back Sunday night 6/27, arrive at JFK 6/28 7AM on Delta.

I can't wait!!!!! Have you made reservations for any activities yet?

That is so FUNNY...

We havent made our reservations yet my FH wants to do that 2morrow. Have you? What are u doing?

We'll be at the Hyatt in Maui at the same time- we get in on July 5th and stay for 6 nights.

Flying out of JFK on continental Mon 6/28 8am

Maui - 6 nights at Fairmont Kea Lani
Oahu - 6 night at Mandarin Oriental

Direct continental flight back to JFK at around 2pm on sat 7/10

we're doing that downhill bike thing in maui early tues 6/29 (i heard its best to do it as soon as you get there since you're jet lagged anyway) and the luau i think friday 7/1

hope to run into some of you! we always seem to migrate toward NYers on vacation

We are going to make our reservations tomorrow also. The things that we know we want to do (and have heard we should book early) are:

Maui:
Horseback ride down Haleaka
Feast at Lele Luau
Snorkel at Molokini on the Four Winds II
Dinner at Spago at the Four Seasons

Kauai:
Helicopter ride over Napali Coast - I think that we are going to book with Inter Island
Various dinner reservations - one of my friends just came back and she said that alot of the restaurants in Kauai book up fast since there is not as much to do there. We are going to pick a few restaurants tonight.

We are also going to drive up the west coast of Maui (I have heard too many bad things about the road to hana, so we aren't doing that), hike Iao Valley State Park, snorkel at Makena Landing, and then just relax!!!

On Kauai, we haven't really come up with too many activities. We will probably take a ride to Princeville one day and maybe do a hike or something. Other than that, we plan on spending alot of time at the Hyatt just relaxing. I have heard that the spa is great, so I will definitely be getting a massage!

Anyone else do any other research about other good activities to do or restaurants to dine at??

6/30-7/5 - Hyatt in Kauai

7/5-7/10 - Hyatt in Maui!
