If you stay in Honolulu, I definitely would recommend the Royal Hawaiian - it is such a cute hotel (outside is all pink) and it is sooooooo nice and they treat you really well and it's beautiful!!!!!!!!!!
We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon!!! We stayed in Oahu, Maui and Kuai.. Oahu for two nights, the others for 4 nights a piece..I would HIGHLY recommend the Hyatt Regency at both Maui and Kuai...sooo relaxing, beautiful, close to the beaches, great service..I could go on forever!! If you are only going to one island, I'd go to Kauai. It's gorgeous there and lots to do.
We are staying at the Turtle Bay in the Beach Cottage on Oahu.. .it was a choice between that and the JW Marriott because we didn't want to be in Wiki since its crowded and I want a more private beach.
