I just got back from my HM and we got the Maui newspaper everyday. There is a teacher shortage in Hawaii - they need teachers desperately! Don't know if any of you would consider moving there (I know I would!) so I just thought I'd pass along the information.

OMG are you kidding? I've never even been to Hawaii but I can't imagine it not being paradise.

My friend is going in August for a year. She is a speech pathologist and was offered a 1-year position in Hawaii - lucky her!

DH and I talked about that while we were there (I'm very soon to be a teacher)!! They also had Verizon Hawaii (DH works for Verizon) We said LETS MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
The problem is it's no longer Verizon Hawaii anymore
