Hawaii & Tahiti
We are ready to plan our honeymoon...We're deciding between Hawaii & Tahiti / Bora Bora / Moorea. Any feedback? How long is the Hawaii flight? Tahiti? Has anyone been or planing to go to either? Where are you staying? Who did you book through? What are you paying? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Tahiti
One of my goods friends went to Tahiti. It's very expensive and a long flight. BUT she said it was all worth it and that it was absolutely GORGEOUS! I've never been there, but I know she just couldn't stop raving about it. And she is very picky! Have fun wherever you pick to honeymoon!

Tahiti
We booked our honeymoon to the South Pacific: Tahiti, Bora Bora, and Moorea. The flight will be long (5 hours to LA and then app. 11 hours to Tahiti) but it will be worth it! It is supposed to be the most beautiful place on earth! We booked with Theresa Belcher of Honeymoonislands.com. She is very pleasant and accomodating. The way I figure, is I can go to Hawaii later on in life; I wanted to go to the other side of the world for my honeymoon. And we got the over water bungalows for Bora Bora and Moorea!!

Hawaii & Tahiti
We are going to Maui and Kauai and staying at the Fours Seasons in Mauia and the Hyatt Regency in Kauai. The four seasons offers a night free with I believe a 5 or 6 night stay- however it does not have this offer the month we are going in August. The Hyatt have a bunch of packages especially if you stay at Hyatts throughout your honeymoon. We are staying 6 nights, stay 5 and get the sixth free along with buffet breakfast included each morning. My advice would be to call the Hyatt direct for all their specials and then use a travel agent. The numbers are 1-800-633-7313 for the Hyatt Kauai and in case anyone else needs the Four Seasons in Maui is 1-800-334-6284. Our package came to about $5,000 plus without airfare and spending money. We had budgeted about $10,000. Seems pretty accurate. Good luck

Hawaii & Tahiti
You picked to great places. My fiance and I were thinking of either also but since I have been to Hawaii we went with Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea. We picked a package through Tahiti Legends they have a website you can go too. You must book through a travel agent so we went to one for the final arrangements. I spoke to as many people as I could find about going there and they all said the same thing the flight is worth the trip and they recommended Tahiti Legends. Happy Planning.

Is that flights and hotel? Does that include food? What does it include?

That includes all flights, hotels, transfers, and some meals. The agent was telling us about the islands and which ones were worth getting all inclusive and which ones were less expensive. We also opted for the over water bungalows, which make everything a lot more expensive. We just took it all with a grain of salt and figured that this is our honeymoon. We may never get a chance to do a trip like this again! Are you going there as well???Welcome New Vendors
