hawaiian cruise?

hawaiian cruise?

ok well we were supposed to go to excellence playa mujeres BUTTT FH feels that now is not a good time to go and does want to deal with sickness or drug dealers ... soooo we were thinking spend 5 days in hawaii and then do a 7 days hawaiian cruise. has anyone done one before?

FHs cousins did one for their HM. They enjoyed it. Having been to Hawaii twice before, I wouldn't do it. There's too much to see and do on each island. You'd be better off picking one or two islands and staying put on them then trying to see them all at once.

thank you for your imput ... its just that staying on two or three islands is a little out of our buget. i thought it would be a nice way to see a few different islands, we could eat on the ship, and we would stay on one island for 4/5 days before we got on the cruise ... i think its sounds amazing i just dont know how NCL is ... that is the only cruise line going there in july ... i have been reading some bad reviews but the reviews are from 2006! soooo i dont know what to do!

FHs cousins went on NCL - they really enjoyed the cruise ship itself, so I wouldn't worry about the negative reviews. Just take everything you read with a grain of salt. They did say that the excursions offered by the ship were expensive though. You may want to check out the list online and the prices and see if it would be cheaper to do things on your own rather than through the ship.
