Hawaiian Honeymoon Suggestions

We just got back from Hawaii and this is what we did.. also check out www.gorabbitgo.com. Roberts Hawaii is all over the islands and very reasonably priced.

Maui

1. Haleakala Bicycling at Sunrise Excursion - Maui Downhill Bike AWESOME!!! Your adventure will begin at approx 3:30AM and you will drive to the top of Haleakala Crater for a once in a life time sunrise view. Once the sun has risen, you’ll then start your descent to the 6,500 foot elevation of Mount Haleakala. Then following your guide, you’ll gently bike down the 21 switchbacks on the western slopes of the world’s largest resting volcano as your escort van driver follows for your safety.

2. Waterfalls & Rainforest Hike Excursion with Hike Maui -- 3 hour hike in a rainforrest to 3 waterfalls.. I would probably go to beach instead unless you are active and like hiking.

3. Road to Hana – Rent a SUV. The Road to Hana is world famous for the natural beauty of its unblemished landscapes and towering waterfalls. Maui is understandably proud of Heavenly Hana's successful fight against overdevelopment and the destruction of their Hawaiian culture. Hilo

1. Volcano National Park Tour
2. Helicopter Tour -- we did not do this because DH hates to fly

Note-- there are not a lot of sandy beaches here and not much to do on this side of the island.

Kona
1. Popakolea Beach
2. Kauna’oa Beach
3. Hapuna Beach State Recreation Area

Kauai
1. Kauai Mountain Tubing Adventure with Backcountry Kauai

FH and I planned our Hawaiian honeymoon already and now we have to decide what excursions to do. We are going to Kona (the big island), Maui, and Kaua'i for 4 days each. Does anyone have any suggestions? THANKS!!
