He proposed!!!
So, FH and I were sort of starting to plan a wedding by asking questions on here and getting ideas. I really thought it was unconventional that we were kind of planning something without him having proposed but I love him and I understood that times are thought and I thought hey, maybe he is saving it so we can have a nice wedding?? LOL Silly me!! Yesterday we went to the city and here is what happened:
Everyone has messaged me the same question..how did he do it? Well, we went to the city to walk around, then he surprised me with a helicopter ride and I thought Wow, this is so cool! But did he propose then when I thought in my mind, hey this is how some people propose? NOPE!! So I thought, oh ok, that was cool anyway! LOL Then we took the subway and started walking to go to eat dinner. I said 'What restaurant are we going to?' It's a surprise!! So walking even further I said 'Hey, there doesn't seem to be any of our restaurants this way..where are we going?' He said well, we are going to go eat on that yacht up there. So I laughed and said 'yeah right...really, where are we eating, I'm hungry' and he really kept walking towards the yacht. So we really did go on a dinner cruise and he dragged me outside. I ran inside because it was cold but he gave me his jacket and asked me to go outside again. I thought wow, this guy really wants to go outside where its freezing even though the boat has like hundreds of windows. I did go outside but stayed underneath a staircase so it could block the wind and we were just talking about how nice the day was and then he started getting down on one knee and i hoped he wasn't falling. HA! When I finally noticed and he popped the question I was in disbelief and kept saying 'What??' a lot and then when I realized it was all really happening I said Yes in between crying hysterically! Boy I never thought one could happy cry so much but I did! And that's out story! xoxoxoxo Thanks for all of your help so far ladies...now I will really be asking questions!!
