headaches!

I never got headaches in my life ( unless they were illness related ) until I started planning our wedding.


Everytime I stand up my head feels 20 lbs heavier!

stress gives them to me too

Drink more, that way you can blame the headaches on your drinking

i always felt fortunate to not get headaches. I watched my friends struggle with migraines and such. I get it now. Not that i wasn't sympathetic then.

I have had massive headaches for 2 weeks now...it is so annoying. I FEEL YOUR PAIN

have you found any relief?

i am avoinding caffeine and wine, my 2 drugs of choice. I couldn;t even excercise this morning!

Sometimes I walk my dog and the fresh air helps, but it's pouring rain here!
