I ordered a headpiece from Paradise Bridal a few weeks ago. I was so nervous because of all the problems going on with them. But I loved the heapiece and nobody else had it. I called today and it came in this morning. I was so excited. I can't wait to pick it up. The weird thing is that they said they are only accepting cash or certified check for the balance. Isn't that strange??
As far as I know, Paradise Bridal isn't having any trouble at all. It's Bridal Suite of Patchogue that is. I've heard of places only accepting cash or certified check for the balance. I wouldn't worry you should be fine. If you have any concerns call them.

I ordered mine a few weeks ago, they called me yesterday ( I saw their name on my caller ID) so far I've called them three times. first time I was left on hold, second time she told me to call back today and third time she said she was too busy to help me to figure out who called 'if it were that important they'll call you again' what a BIOTCH.
I'm not too happy with them at this moment in time. I understand they are busy but they have no customer service skills whatsoever!!
Well my wedding has come and gone and I feel it's safe to say that I would NEVER recommend Paradise Bridal to anyone. Although my dress came out beautiful (I basically designed it myself), it wasn't without many tears and countless phone calls. If anyone wants more details about what went wrong, just FM me..
