I went to Tri County this Saturday. I didn't find anything that I really liked. Still have the headpiece that my aunt picked out. Not sure what to do though. I'll have to keep looking.
FH found his ring for a good price though at Tri County, but we're going to see if his mom's friend (whose a jeweler) can beat that price or not.
Also, I ended up winning a gift certificate for $$$ off a ring from Elsa Jewelry and went there to check them out. They were able to do my band right in my budget! YEAH!

They did give it for free, but my aunt side-stepped me on this and picked it out without my knowing. Basically, she gave it to me outside the store and when I tried to exchange it the store said no because it'd already left the store. I vented about it last week.
It's a pretty headpiece, but not really what I'm looking for. So, if I find something else, I'm selling the first one.

Thanks! The original headpiece was a tiara, and while it is very pretty, I don't think tiaras are for me, or at least not tiaras that point up so much. I'm looking for more of a headband, something unique with either crystal flowers or fabric flowers.

That sounds kind of like what I had. I got something from Barron's...it's a ribbon headband with a vine of swarovski crystals going up one side. I thought I couldn't find anything at Tri-County either, but I saw this from the corner of my eye and it was perfect !!
