Hey Hall Twin!! (I'm a NRC 07 Bride)
I got a band, comb and hair pins instead of a tiara at Thomas Knoell
He will customize his designs to change the colors/stones to match the look you are going for, and the quality is superb

Re: Headpieces
What is your price range you are looking to spend? Thomas Knoell has beautiful pieces but they are pricey (around 600 for tiara) If you are trying to save money I heard Barrons in Tri County has nice stuff and they are more afforable. Also, almost every bridal store has headpieces.

Re: Headpieces
You could try Denise Leli Designs. She makes beautiful headpieces. They carry a lot of her pieces at Bridal Reflections or you can make an appointment with her and she can custom make something for you.
