Health Insurance

Oh my god!! I just got the info for Health Ins thru my job. Holy Sh!!
To cover my family, which includes my DH and DS it's 868.57 a month!!!
What are they smoking???
Is it just me or does anyone else pay that kind of money??

The actual total is approx $1500 a month.
Out of that I'm responsible for $868 a month.
I just cannot get over this cost.
The thing is that last company I worked for in NY (I'm in FL) paid for 90 percent of my health insurance, so to think this is coming out my paycheck just kills me!!

ETA: Especially since I had to take a MAJOR paycut down here this eats up a huge portion of my income.

That is VERY HIGH. The standard is the company pays 3/4 and the meployee pays 1/4. We actually pay 85% ( I am an HR DIRECTOR).
