Does anyone know of a health insurance company that has an immediate pickup date where you don't have to wait a month? Thanks.
i dont think healthy NY has a waiting period...when i first graduated college i applied for it, then once the paperwork was completed i was covered the same day...

Have you tried calling different carriers to see what they could do?
did u try going through cobra? either through your former employer or current?
Can't do COBRA. No previous insurance. Trying to call different companies now, but taking forever to get an answer as far as an immediate pickup date.
