health insurance

question ladies...
does anyone's employer's not give them health insurance? i have insurance right now but if i get this teaching job at the nursery school they dont have any so i was looking up healthy ny...does anybody know any other ways to get private health insurance?

I have healthy ny

It costs me an arm and a leg, but God forbid anything happens, I'll be covered!

Get it through FH's job. Go under the domestic Partnership policy! I have friends who idid it. My FH didn't want to go through all the paperwork so I'm uninsured!!!

I lost my health insurance also, so I just signed up for Health Plus. It doesn't kick in for 45 days though.
They let you select your primary care physician and then u need referrals to go to specialists.

I don't have it through mine..I have healthy ny and it's costs me like 380 a month! so FH just wanted to get married at town hall so I could go on his insurance becuase his won't allow us to do domestic partnership unless we were gay..but my church won't marry us if the certificate is from before the wedding so FML I'm paying this shiz for another 9 months...
