United is pretty good. Haven't had any problems with them.
Aetna, another story. I had a serious medical condition back in 1999 that needed constant treatment/follow up and they tried to deny all claims, even yearly paps. I was doing battle with them all the time. Just not worth it. My sister's baby was born 10 weeks premature and needed an emergency c, as well as several weeks in the hospital. Don't you know, they tried to deny out all her claims too, saying the c wasn't a life or death situation. Maybe not to my sister, but def. to the baby!
