I just wrote the check for our downpayment on our new home being built up in Sullivan County. It didn't feel real until now. I have the check and the fedex with the contracts ready to go but I am so nervous about sending it out LOL. Its a scary process but defiantly a happy one.

I hear ya! When we wrote that huge check at contract it suddenly felt so real. It is the best investment you can make though, congrats

I knwo what you mean. We were laughing because this was the biggest check we had ever written.
