you've been engaged for 5 1/2 years and don't have any vendors booked 3 months before your wedding?

I've known people that put together weddings in 2 months and 7 months, so you can do this.

As for a photographer, there are plenty to choose from. The ones that come highly recommended on here are Twelth Night, Duet and Fine Art.

For Limos, I'm just looking into that myself,. but I have heard good things about Royalty, Sir Oliver and Top Of the World Limo.

For places to take photos, the most popular is Old Westbury Gardens, but I know there's a hefty site fee and you might have to contact them months in advance (I think 6 months). We're taking our photos at Sands Point Preserve in Pt. Washington.
You can also consider the Planetarium, Northport harbor, and Stony Brook.

I would have said the same thing. Another thing you can do is post on the Vendors helping brides section, find out who is available on your day and then go to see them based on that. Let us know if there is anything we can help with!

I would check out the vendors pages and give make some phone calls. Find out their rates and if they are available.

I also agree with posting on the vendors board. However don't want too long for responses..get crackin!!

ETA: Where are you getting married? There is nowhere to take pictures there?
