ok so here's the deal. When I first started looking for shoes, I wanted blue sparkly sneakers or blue sparkly flats. I never wear heels and I just thought I would be more comfortable in those. Then the online hunting got in the way and I ended up buying these awesome blue high heels for my wedding. Now I am torn. I had come to terms with the fact that I may not be perfectly comfortable on my day anymore, but suddenly the worry all came back.
I loooove these heels, but I a scared I am going to hate myself for deciding to wear heels that are 4 1/2 inches high, when I never do. But I am also scared that I will regret not wearing these awesome shoes on the only day I can. Urgghhh!
Help!!! What would you guys do? What are you wearing?

I am 5'6 and FH is 5'11 but with heels on we are almost the same height or sometimes I am taller, so what im doing is get pretty but practical heels only for our pictures but using flats for the ceremony and reception...hth

I'm wearing a 3 inch heel. I can't go any higher than that because I know I won't be comfortable. I will probably change into flats after the first dance. There is NO WAY I would be able to survive in heels for 10+ hours!
Could you buy the flats and change?

I will most likely wear a low heel for pix and maybe the ceremony and then change to flats for the reception.

I really wouldn't jump from no heels to 4.5' heels on a day when you won't get a break for 10 hours! And planning on switching midway means your dress will be dragging most of the day. I would just go with your original idea.

This. I say go with comfort it is a long day on your feet and you don't want your dress dragging.

sorry I haven't been on in a few days. I think I am going with a very low heel...like 1 1/2 inch heel. You guys are awesome...I needed someone to tell me it was ok not to wear jumbo heels, haha. I love them, but it's just not practical that day. phew thats something off my mind now...first dress fitting tomorrow!!! ahhh!!!

What I am going to do is wear 2 1/2 heels and i also bought cute flip flops with a little height so my dress wont drag too much once i change. I got the flip flops at davids bridal so they are white with a little sparkle! I was going to do flats, but the bridal shop i got my dress from recommended a little height!

Im 5 10 and my fh is 6 1 but i dont like heels. I never wear them. Im prob gonna do a very small heel for the ceremony and flat for the reception. Maybe u can do that. Wear the heels u bought for the ceremony and flat for the reception.
