Has anyone had any experience with Helen's Bridal in Commack?? I went there last night and really liked the salesgirl. I was just wondering if other people had good or bad experiences.

I went there and hated them... Told them what I was looking for for BMs and instead of helping me she pointed her finger and said look over there?? Thanks but I was looking for help, I can comb the racks myself, I know that..
Wasn't a fan, mom and I walked right out!

i didnt order a gown yet, but i was working with Ashley at Helen's Bridal and she was amazing. I've heard a ton of great things about Helen's.

My BMs and my mom got their dresses at Helen's last year. We had good customer service and everyone was happy!!! I'll admit that when they're busy (Saturdays esp) they can get a bit overwhelmed, but if you're patient then they will get to you!! It's best to go during the week if you can so you can get personal service and take your time. Let me know if you have any questions!!

I went there to see a Maggie gown...the sales woman was very nice and seemed interested in my needs. I was on a time constraint. I loved the dress....she was going to call the vendor to see what the time frame was to have my dress shipped and call me the next day with the info....she never called me. When I called her the next evening...She had never made the call. She called me back with a date after my wedding date. Then she called me back and told me I could take the sampel that I tried on....it was filthy....I know it could have been cleaned....but she only took off 2or 3 hundred dollars. I was not impressed. They have beautiful things...and my issue may not be yours. Good luck with your decision.

I love Helens!! That is where I brought my dress and the sales girl was awesome! She made me feel like a princess the entire time I was there and that was a long time (3 1/2 hours!!!) Most people would probably wanted to kill me becuase It takes me a long time to make a decision...and becuase of her helpfulness and great customer service...I brought! They rock!
