What day are you planning on leaving for your honeymoon??

I only ask cause I'm getting married the same day and I was thinking of spending the rest of the weekend home and enjoying some Mem day festivities and then taking off to wherever I'm going Tuesday morning since it's usually cheaper to fly on Tuesday's and I'll have Monday off anyway!

I was planning on leaving the day after the wedding, but what you said sounds about right I will have to talk to FH and see what he thinks...I know for def. I will have Monday off from work and even if I take vacations that Monday will count as a holiday so my vaca. won't start till Tuesday, but if you say that the flights are cheaper on Tuesdays then most likely we will have to look into it....Thanks for the idea

I think we're going to do a cruise to Hawaii, I have a feeling it's going to cost around $10K

my FH and I are planning a European cruise and a few days in some European countries, like Italy. It will probably be a 3 week thing and we are budgeting around $15K

you should go and meet with a travel agent and get some ideas of prices, etc. so that you know how much to accurately budget! ur budget will depend on time of travel, where you're going, how nice the hotel is, etc. A travel agent can give you a good idea of that kind of thing- plus it's free !
