Hello girls!!! with update on church!

hey girls.. its been quite a while just stoping by to say hi while my soup cooks!! in any case i hope everyone is doing well and staying warm (its starting to get chilly)!! Yesterday was my 7 month count down mark!!! i cant beleive it!!!! so exciting

:::Church Update:::
So on Sat. Fh and i had an apt with St. Joes in Babylon which is my parish. We met with Decon Barry and he was just wonderful! he was so sweet and welcoming and not pushy what-so-ever. What a GREAT experience. he wanted to know about US how we met what we do and actually MENT what he was saying. He used to be a police officer so FH and him had something in common. but i just couldnt believe how much of a difference between my church and FHs. The pastor at nicks church i swear was trying to get me to say i didnt want to get married. and i was really hurt and upset. so glad my chruch is free and clear for Our day and it was so positive! Now we just have to sign up for pre-cana and FOCUS which im not looking forward to but if its anything like Sat. im quite alright with it! THANK YOU all for all your advice! im soooooo HAPPY i'm so pleased with them! if anyone is looking for a church check them out!!!

That is where we are getting married. I met with Deacon george though who was wonderful as well. I am actually having him marry us (perform my ceremony). Are you having a mass or no?

But anyway I am so glad you are happy with St. Joes!!! We are church twins haha

yes it really does make a HUGE difference. i was really starting to think maybe we need to hold off or were not ready.. but i know deep down were FINE it was just him!

I'm a St. Joe's bride too!! So far my experience with them has been great Fh and I met with Deacon Mike and he was really nice and we started pre-cana last week!
