Congratulations on your engagement, and welcome to LIW it'll be a great source for you but i'm warning that you WILL be addicted
your first step is to figure out your budget (are your families contributing? are you paying for it all alone? how much can you spend?) ... second step is to figure out an approximation of how many guests you'll have. Third step is to book a ceremony site and reception hall

First things first....take a breath....enjoy being engaged and don't turn into bridezilla just yet!! lol
Start to think about the time of year you'd like to get married and start browsing halls...I didnt set my date first...I found a hall first and went based on their availability in the month I wanted!
Set your budget and even though you'll prob. go over...give yourself a ballpark and negotiate with EVERY VENDOR!! do not settle!!

I did choose the bridal party, i might have 2 more girls not sure yet. They have to help ill go crazy!!

Congrats & welcome! I'd start off with a date range in your head, rough guest list, and budget constraints! Once you have all those things you can start checking out venues! Good luck!
