I think we all have photos like that, but I did want to say you were a beautiful bride so whatever 'extra' you may have you still look great.

I think this board is going to get real popular now that the holidays are over - LOL

Good luck in whatever you choose to do to lose

I have been told a lot of new brides gain weight there first year or two...I did! I am trying though....I am doing WW online. It is easy and no meetings to go to!

Keep that pic around, that will be great motivation to keep you sticking to a diet or whatever you decide to do!!

Hello Curly!

I love food too!!! my main reason of exercising,,,or I'd have a serious weight problem. I can out eat my FH,,,I even had a waiter (who was very weight challenged ) comment that he never saw someone eat the entire pasta portion before. thank god I had been dating my Fh for a while,,,but I was mortified at that rude comment. Oh well, I can eat

I find that I need to treat some food as unlimited, like veggies, fruits, low fat/calorie food, that will fill me. It's better to eat a lot of fruits and veggies and get full, than french friend, potatoes chips, etc.

keep quick healthy snacks on hand too.

Once you get the healthy eatting down, then concentrate on making the portions smaller, so you further create a calorie defecit and lose more weight. Make sense. You need to take in less calories than you use to lose weight.

Don't get me wronge. I love my cheese cake, pastas, cheese, fried foods, cool ranch doritos, chicken parm hero (I had last night),,,I just try not to eat them on a regular basis. The rule I like to recommend is 80-20. 80% good, 20% fun foods.

It makes it realistic to follow and you don't go crazy craving foods.

Hope this helps!
