You might also want to try Capt Bills which is also in Bayshore and run by the same family. (we are family friends) It has a beautiful room and we are actually having our rehearsal dinner in one of the smaller rooms next door.
we booked the band Phoenix and are just thrilled. We were very impressed with all the Skyline ochestras but some were booked on our day as well. Weirdly enough my cousin is getting married this Dec, 6 months before us, and he is having Phoenix as well. I have heard great things about them all.
