help!!!

So i am a bridesmaid in my friends wedding on saturday what would be the appropriate(sorry can't spell) amount of a gift to give her I have know her for about ten years and I am in the wedding party please halp me and fh thank you

What ever you can afford!!!
The average gift per person is anywhere from $100-150
But since she is a close friend of yours you can give more.....like I said whatever you can afford.

If it is a close friend I would give $300 for 2 people. But last year I made less and was a BM and gave $250 for 2.

Whatever you can afford. I am obviously on the cheap side since I usually give $200/$250 for friends.

Damn, then I must be really cheap!!! I gave my 1st cousin $200 and my brother $550 and I was in both of their weddings. But in defense, my cousin got married first, and I was making less at the time.

I've never been in a friend's wedding, so that's hard. I would probably give about $225.

I would give b/n 250-300. You are paying for tons of other stuff too so really only pay what you can afford.

I would give $300. If you can't afford that, then give whatever you can. I am sure they will appreciate whatever you give them.

i agree wholeheartedly.

i tend to give between 250-300 when I am in the wedding.

but that's what i can afford. and i also don't want my friends to feel stretched when my time comes around.

but at the end of the day... it's what you can really afford.

Try figuring out what to give your brother! My FH's bro is getting married on Saturday...only 12 people invited to the wedding, it is just church wedding and then dinner at a 5 star restaurant....how much should we give his brother?
