I am SOOO Confused about where to register! I found dishes I like by Pfaltzgraff and they are the most affordable on their website....Places I would consider are:
Macys Pottery Barn Crate & Barrel BBB Linens n' Things Fortunoff
Any suggestions from those of you who have registering experience???????

Re: HELP!!
Def BBB and Macy's - had a great experience with both. We got every item from BBB and hear people really liked that they accepted the 20% coupons for everything. Macy's has a great rewards program where you get a percentage back on every purchase made of your registry and they send you a gift card after the wedding. We have a $300 gift card coming to us soon!
ETA: I didn't have the best experience with C&B. Love their stuff but they are more stringent on their return policy (BBB is the best with returns!) and completion programs.

Re: HELP!!
We did Fortunoff's and Crate & Barrel and also Mikasa
...as for your dishes why not try the outlet in Riverhead? They have great prices there, and request the catalog from their website I know the catalog had awesome pricingand specials.
When we were picking out everday dishes I looked at Pfaltzgraff and Mikasa. And we ended up liking a pattern that wasn't carried in the stores we were registering in. So my parents bought our set for 12 as an engagement gift. But we still were able to register at the Mikasa store for the additional matching pieces. I love those 2 companies -- if something breaks you can always replace a dish or add pieces to what yoiu have. Good Luck!!

Re: HELP!!
We registered at Macys and Crate and Barrel. Most of our guests were more familiar with Macys, so we got most of our gifts from there.

Re: HELP!!
I did macys and BBB. BUT compare your prices too i spent half a day looking at how BBB was sometimes a $100 cheaper then Macys so switched over most of my registry there.
Think about it.. the less money some items are the more likely they will buy more for your shower instead of having to go in two'sies with a person to buy your dishes or something.
