HElp!!

I got to see my bridesmaids dresses yesterday - I HATE them. I ordered Pewter as the color - apparently the dress comes in silver/pewter. The top is silver and the bottom is pewter - they don't match. What is my recourse? Can I get my $$ back since the place never told me about the silver???

HELP!!! I am going back there with my FH and BMs tonight.

i'm so sorry that you hate the dresses...but honestly, the color combination sounds pretty...isn't pewter just a darker shade of silver??? maybe you can post a picture of the dress here so we can help you better...

i doubt you will be able to get your money back, but maybe you can sell the dresses on ebay and then start over again??? hope this helps.....and good luck!!

What does the order form say? If it says only pewter, they may have to refund you the money. Sorry you have to have this stress and I hope it works out.

First, take a deep breath. See how BMs feel when you go back tonight. See how you feel seeing them again. You probably had a picture in your mind of how the dresses would look...and now that they've arrived, they are a little different than you imagined.

I think that pewter/silver is a very classy combination. Since it's pretty neutral, the bouquets that the girls will hold will really pop out.

Do you have a picture?

There probably is not much you can do at this point, unless the color was represented incorrectly or changed by the manufacture after your order was put through. I would speak to the bridal shop and see what they suggest but 9 out of 10 times you have to learn to like the dress.
